ArtistA cinematic dark fantasy illustration of Sir Hiss standing deep beneath his ancient castle inside a vast underground chamber filled with colossal stone walls carved with ancient serpent symbols, green firelight flickering across wet black stone and heavy silver chains wrapped around a gigantic sealed iron gate. Sir Hiss appears as an elegant anthropomorphic serpent nobleman with a narrow snake-like face, intelligent reptilian eyes, smooth dark green scales, richly embroidered medieval tunic, dramatic dark cape with silver details, feathered noble hat and aristocratic accessories, no visible tail. His expression reveals hidden fear and emotional exhaustion as one of the ancient chains begins to snap. Beside him stands Princess Penelope holding a lantern, staring in shock as black smoke slowly escapes through the cracks of the enormous sealed door. The underground hall is filled with eerie mist, ancient forgotten magic, broken serpent statues and glowing runes carved into the stone floor. The atmosphere feels ancient, cursed and emotionally tense, with cinematic shadows and deep green-blue lighting. Dark magical realism, painterly detail, gothic fantasy mood, style by Gustave Doré × Alan Lee × Donato Giancola, include a small subtle unicorn mascot watermark with the text “AI by Unicorngraphics” in the corner.
Sir Hiss's castle seemed quieter than usual that night, but it wasn't a peaceful stillness; rather, it was the heavy silence of ancient walls that had held too many secrets for centuries. As the wind rustled through the black towers and the long banners of dark cloth creaked against the stone, Sir Hiss stood alone on the highest balcony of his fortress, gazing down into the misty forest below, as if searching for something he had long since lost. His elegant cloak moved slowly in the cold night wind, the silver embroidery on his robes gleaming faintly in the moonlight, but his reptilian eyes seemed restless, almost weary, and for the first time since Penelope had first met him, he didn't look like the controlled, mocking nobleman everyone feared, but like someone who hadn't slept in a very long time. Behind him, the heavy balcony door opened silently, and Princess Penelope stepped out cautiously. She should have been afraid of him. Perhaps she had been in the past. But something else had grown within her. Curiosity. For the longer she remained inside the castle, the more clearly she sensed that Sir Hiss was hiding something far more dangerous than his lies or his intrigues. "You've been down there again," she whispered. Sir Hiss didn't react immediately. His slender fingers gripped the cold stone banister. "Some doors," he finally answered calmly, "should never be opened." Penelope stepped closer. "And some secrets destroy everything as long as they remain hidden." For a brief moment, she thought she saw anger in his eyes, but instead, something else appeared. Fear. Real fear. Sir Hiss slowly lowered his head. "You don't understand what sleeps beneath this castle." At that very moment, a dull thud sounded deep below them. Slow. Heavy. A single blow against stone. Penelope froze instantly. Sir Hiss didn't move for another moment either. Then came a second blow. Deeper this time. Almost like a heartbeat from the darkness beneath the castle. "What... was that?" "Penelope whispered." Sir Hiss didn't reply. Instead, he turned abruptly and went back inside the castle, faster than usual, almost frantically, and although Penelope knew she shouldn't follow him, she did anyway. The castle's long corridors lay silent before them, only the faint greenish light of old wall fires reflecting off the damp stones, as Sir Hiss silently descended a narrow spiral staircase, deeper and deeper beneath the castle, until even the sounds of the wind faded away. The air grew colder. Heavier. And at some point, Penelope noticed that the walls down here were older than the rest of the fortress. Much older. Huge stones covered in ancient serpent symbols formed a circular passage, at the end of which a massive iron door appeared, completely covered in silver chains. Some of the chains looked new. Others ancient. And there was something behind the door. Penelope sensed it instantly. Not visible.
