In Judges Chapter 6, a tale of fear,
God's people oppressed, shedding tear after tear.
The Midianites, a formidable spear,
But God had a plan, perfectly clear.
He called a young man, Gideon by name,
A mighty warrior, in God's own claim.
Gideon doubted, his faith aflame,
But God's assurance, it overcame.
With fleece and dew, Gideon sought a sign,
Confirming God's call, so divine.
He led an army, though small in line,
God's strength would shine, in every design.
With lamps and pitchers, a clever ploy,
Gideon's faith, it did deploy.
The Midianites, in fear and joy,
Were defeated, by God's employ.
In Judges Chapter 6, Gideon's tale,
A story of faith, that will prevail.
With God's guidance, we can prevail,
And answer His call, without fail.
