More about Miracle of the Sea - Exodus Chapter 14 Poem

Exodus Chapter 14, a tale so grand,
Of Moses leading his people, a faithful band.
They fled from Egypt's tyrant's hand,
With faith and hope, they took a stand.
But Pharaoh's heart was filled with ire,
He chased them with his chariots afire.
The Israelites saw the sea ahead,
With fear and dread, their hearts were led.
They cried to Moses, "Is this our end?"
But he said, "Fear not, my dearest friends,
For God is with us, He'll make a way,
A miracle shall come, without delay."
Moses stretched his staff across the tide,
And parted the waters, side by side.
The Israelites marched on dry ground,
With walls of water, a sight profound.
Pharaoh's army pursued with speed,
But the sea crashed down, their fate decreed.
The Israelites were saved, by God's command,
A miracle of the sea, so grand!
With faith and courage, they journeyed on,
Guided by God, from dusk till dawn.
Exodus 14, a story of hope,
Of God's miraculous power, a wondrous scope.
