Prompt

A cinematic dark fantasy illustration inside the gigantic underground Star Chamber beneath the worlds. In the center stands Toddy, a small anthropomorphic frog forest postman with green skin, wearing a blue postman cap, old forest-post uniform, leather satchel, and standing inside his tiny red letter-shaped boat with glowing lanterns. Beside him stands Salam Ander, an upright anthropomorphic fire salamander with glowing ember-like orange-red skin beneath dark scales, carrying a red backpack and messenger gear. Nearby stands Waldemar, a friendly anthropomorphic raccoon adventurer with a large brown backpack, leather belts, sturdy boots, and explorer clothing. Next to him is Kaelen, a dark-haired female adventurer wearing rugged travel clothing and a backpack. Behind them towers Varaan, a large wingless dragon with NO WINGS, slate-colored reptilian skin, glowing turquoise veins, long moss-covered dragon horns, natural reptilian eyes, and visible travel saddlebags and gear on his back. Varaan must clearly stand on four strong reptilian legs and have absolutely no wings. Around them flows a black mystical river moving backwards beneath colossal golden clockwork gears and celestial star mechanisms. Ancient red messenger boats emerge from the water carrying tall hooded beings draped in silver-thread robes with glowing circular faces. In the background appears the gigantic floating ancient star-boat made of dark wood with glowing golden celestial lines and tiny moving gears, illuminated by cosmic golden light. Deep beneath the black water a colossal golden eye slowly opens. Atmosphere mystical, ancient, cosmic, emotional, cinematic lighting, glowing reflections, volumetric fog, ultra detailed magical realism, style of Jean-Baptiste Monge × Iris Compiet × Alan Lee. Focus strongly on Toddy, Salam Ander, Waldemar, Kaelen, and the wingless dragon Varaan together in the foreground. Include a very small sterilized full-body white unicorn logo with delicate proportions and the text “AI by Unicorngraphics” beneath it in the bottom right corner.

More about Toddy and the Messengers Beyond the Black Stream

The heartbeat beneath the worlds grew stronger. Not faster. Heavier. Each beat made the massive gears of the Star Chamber tremble. Golden sparks rained down from the ancient mechanisms like glowing stardust, while the second stream crashed against the black rocks as if an entire ocean were awakening deep beneath the island. Toddy couldn't tear his gaze away from the black letter. The golden seal pulsed slowly in his pocket. Almost alive. Salam Ander took a step back. The red glow beneath his skin brightened, as if ancient memories were surfacing within him, memories far older than his own name. "This shouldn't be here," he murmured softly. The guardian of shadow and gold slowly raised his head. The three luminous circles on his face now trembled restlessly. "Too late," he said. "The last messenger has already found it." Kaelen looked from the flickering compendium to Toddy. The pages of the book turned faster and faster. Maps of unknown shores appeared. Giant towers of black glass. Rivers of light between dead stars. And again and again, the same red boats on endless dark waters. Varaan growled deeply. His moss-covered horns glowed more intensely now. "Something is moving beneath us." Then came the sound. Not loud. More like the slow snapping of ancient chains deep underwater. The black current suddenly began to flow backward. Toddy immediately felt the air change. Colder. Heavier. Even the golden light of the star chamber grew dimmer, as if something were swallowing the world's radiance. And then they appeared. At first, only shadows beneath the surface. Large. Silent. Too many. Then the first figures slowly broke through the black current. Toddy involuntarily held his breath. They were messenger boats. Old red boats like his own. But these seemed ancient. Their color was faded like dried blood. Some were broken. Others overgrown with black algae. Their small lanterns no longer burned with a warm light—only a pale silver flicker. And in each boat stood a figure. Tall. Motionless. Completely shrouded in cloaks of silver thread. Where their faces should have been, only luminous circles hovered. One. Or two. Or sometimes three. The messengers glided silently closer. The guardian of shadow and gold slowly sank to one knee. For the first time, he didn't seem like a keeper. But like someone remembering. "The first messengers," he whispered. "Those who traveled between the sleeping worlds before time was counted." Toddy suddenly felt a tug in his pocket. The black letter began to glow. The golden seal broke of its own accord. Instantly, icy air rushed through the star chamber. All the gears above them stopped simultaneously. Silence. Perfect. Then the letter opened.
