I quest for a smile.
Loosing my dear Willow, pain hits hard. I must face it, a sorrowful place, I find myself wounded by one of fates cards I am dealt. A loss I can't easily move on from, although greater strength than ever allows it to be taken in stride. I pause in grief, waves come, go, I am finding lingering pain's ebb and flow.
I gain balance from a community of friends, they understand. I am given grace, they tend to my wounded heart.
I know my smile may gain strength? Although I mustn't take metaphors past the brink. New avenues shown by friends, maybe I get this fixed up sooner than I thought.
I know there is no way to rush this, I take pain in stride. I feel the dips, and pause for the pain. I look my future, I see an Era ending on the horizon.
My darling to be must be feeling a bit of melancholy. Big changes are a foot, a magnum opus in poetry, rhythm, performance, troubadours of love, styles beyond compare. Lightning on your feet, hitting marks born of scars, saying goodbye for a time. A heartbreaks for your second home, the road, it seems clear.
While a new chapter beckons, I see you're not done. A juggling act will be the next phase.
I see that you will be back. Starting a family while very important, accommodations must be made. A road is a harsh place, growing a family a tender thing. A traveling man to raise the biddies would make a neat fit. I'm here to dance, a man that hits the road with daddy duties seems to complete the plan. I smile, I suppose you never know what life has in store. Plans drawn up, the balance will not be easy, 1 shall see.
Another day looms large, I organize thoughts. Don't worry my dear anyway you devise it, life will find us. This maybe the ending of an Era, however I know a walk with you will have the gods smile upon us, our path. A touch of heaven on earth will be a sweetness I treasure for the rest of my time.
Ever, and Evermore,
Aaron Baker
PS. Lives march on, I smile at this 1, at this place. This path creates gravity, a love known in rarity. I seek wonder, I love the improvisation. A quick wit, a sharp gaze, I know only one way, to love deeply. I gear up to hasten pace. Matching finds 1, may we meet in the middle. Smiling upon 1 another, due time finds solution to the riddle.
