Perhaps he would have given her a nose more suitable for rudolph the red nosed reindeer absent the glow of course so Santa would have no use for her regardless of the weather. On the other hand perhaps she initially seemed to be a really interesting person but after sitting for the artist for hours Klimt just developed a deep and abiding distaste for her so he gifted her with a clowns nose. That would explain it.
