The manuscript was discovered in 1961 by Professor Doru Todericiu of the University of Bucharest, State Archives, CBU. Haas's plans for multi-stage rockets, recorded in the 16th century, were incredibly advanced. Moreover, the manuscript also has accurate illustrations.
