ArtistChapter 47 – The Cottage That Had Never Chosen Itself – Part 2 “The Visitor Who Had Never Been Remembered” REFERENCE IMAGES — use them in this order: 1. CR-19 – Sivren: preserve his EXACT accepted appearance. He is an upright humanoid fantasy LIZARD with moss-green and pale golden scales, amber eyes, round spectacles, brown feathered traveller’s hat, rust scarf, leather vest, traveller’s satchel, compass, exactly two arms, exactly two legs and one long lizard tail. 2. The accepted Chapter 47 Part 1 image: use it for the established Cottage atmosphere and visual continuity. 3. CR-01a – Mara: preserve her exact established appearance, clothing and adult proportions. 4. CR-18 – Avena: preserve her exact established appearance, clothing and green wrist ribbon. Create Sivren’s first story appearance outside the Cottage. The scene takes place on a quiet country road directly outside the Cottage in warm daylight. Behind the characters stands the Cottage: an eccentric ancient fantasy building made from stone and timber, with mismatched roofs, crooked windows, chimneys and architectural sections that suggest far more rooms inside than should physically fit. Sivren is the MAIN VISUAL FOCUS. He stands beside a flat roadside stone where he has supposedly waited for 312 years. Preserve CR-19 exactly. He is friendly, curious and slightly eccentric, NEVER sinister or sneaky. His spectacles, feathered hat, scarf, leather vest, satchel and compass must remain clearly recognizable. Show his humanoid lizard body, both arms, both legs and long tail clearly. Sivren has just realized that the Cottage is finally inviting him inside. His expression combines surprise, delight and disbelief. From the open front doorway of the Cottage, a NEW PATH of pale smooth stepping stones magically forms across the ground and ends directly at Sivren’s feet. Use only a very subtle warm magical glow around the newest stones. Mara stands near the Cottage entrance watching Sivren with an amused welcoming expression. Avena stands beside Mara, quietly fascinated. Her green wrist ribbon is clearly visible. Sivren should look toward the newly opened entrance as though three centuries of stubborn waiting have finally paid off. IMPORTANT: Exactly THREE visible characters: Sivren, Mara and Avena. Sivren must match CR-19 and remain a humanoid LIZARD, not a snake. Exactly two arms, two legs and one long tail. Do not change his clothing or accessories. Do not add other people, wizards or creatures. Do not duplicate Sivren. Make the Cottage exterior whimsical and ancient rather than enormous or threatening. The countryside beyond has soft green hills, a winding road and gentle daylight. The mood is warm, whimsical and slightly humorous, with a sense that something historically important is happening to the most pleasantly surprised lizard imaginable. Realistic painterly storybook fantasy style, cinematic composition, soft volumetric daylight, detailed stone, timber, scales and leather, warm natural colors, 4:3. No written text or signs in the scene. Small white unicorn emblem with “AI by Unicorngraphics” discreetly in the bottom-right corner.

Chapter 47 The Cottage That Had Never Chosen Itself Part 2 The Visitor Who Had Never Been Remembered
BUT FIRST, SOMEONE IS WAITING OUTSIDE. Mara read the words twice. “Outside where?” The sign did not answer. Mara stepped through first. For once there was no flash or falling sensation. Her boot simply touched a dirt road. Liora followed, then Avena, Linora and the others. The two wizards came last. Mara turned. The Cottage stood behind them. She had never seen the whole building from outside before. Stone walls leaned against wooden towers, chimneys emerged between crooked windows and roofs overlapped at impossible angles. Yet for all the thousands of rooms Mara knew were hidden inside, it looked surprisingly small beneath the open sky. “It looks tired,” Liora said. “It is changing,” said Avena. “Maybe changing is tiring,” Mara replied. A cough came from beside the road. A small creature sat on a flat stone beneath the sign. At first Mara thought it was a lizard. Then it unfolded a long tail and raised a narrow, serpentine head. Its scales were moss-green with a pale golden belly. Two tiny legs rested over a round satchel and spectacles balanced on its nose. “Finally,” it said. “I have been waiting for three hundred and twelve years.” Ticko rang. “I like him already.” The creature climbed down, became tangled in its tail and landed in the grass. “That usually goes better when nobody is watching.” Mara helped it upright. “Who are you?” “Sivren. Traveller, collector of misplaced directions and finder of places that insist they do not exist.” Sir Fegelot leaned closer. “Is that a snake?” Sivren looked offended. “Mostly.” “What does mostly mean?” “Two legs.” He displayed them. “Useful on stairs. Less useful when trying to make a dignified first impression.” Avena smiled. “Why were you waiting?” Sivren looked at the Cottage. “Because it never let me in.” The First Wizard stepped forward. “Everyone with a record could enter.” “Exactly.” Sivren removed a blank wooden card from his satchel. “I have no record.” Lumio flashed: SUBJECT — PRESENT. RECORD — NONE. Sivren nodded. “Rude little rectangle, but accurate.” Lumio displayed: RECTANGLE — DISPUTED. Mara crouched beside Sivren. “How can you have no record?” “I was never remembered. I come from a place where things happened without leaving memories behind.” The Vanished Wizard looked toward the Cottage. “Before memory?” Sivren’s eyes widened. “Oh. You found the basement.” Madam Arabica’s lid snapped open. “You knew?” “Only that something was beneath the Cottage. Every time I tried to enter, the front door returned me to this stone.” He tapped it with one tiny foot. “After the first century it became rather personal.” Avena approached. “Why keep trying?” Sivren looked surprised. “Because it was there.” Mara laughed. “Fair enough.” The Cottage creaked. Its front door widened and a path of pale stones appeared from the threshold to Sivren’s feet.
