ArtistWide-screen, extremely strongly top-lit, sharp-focused, macro close-up of a light-green and cream, translucent, intricately carved jadeite bowl. The bowl is shallow and has two exquisitely detailed, carved dragons running around the upper edge. Inside the bowl lies a heap of peanuts in the shell. The peanuts have a reticulated, light-brownish-beige shell. A few peanuts have spilled outside the bowl. The bowl in placed on top of a hammered copper bar counter in a fancy bar, whose velvety background in shades of dark blue and dark green can barely be made out. The jadeite bowl and the peanuts are intricately, painstakingly, and lovingly detailed with transparent watercolor, while the background appears slightly blurred with a velvety watercolor-and-ink effect. The artwork extends completely to the edges of heavy, handmade rag paper, capturing a high-quality, museum-style botanical illustration inspired by renowned contemporary and classical biological artists such as Simonetta Occhipinti, Pierre-Joseph Redouté, Jakob Demus, Hildegard Könighofer and Margareta Pertl as well as Siobhan Larkin.
A stunning bowl adorned with intricate dragon carvings holds a mound of peanuts, set elegantly on a textured table with a rich fabric draped beside it, bathed in warm, soft lighting.
