As someone who can fear life-altering change, today I’m grateful for the concept of impermanence. Change is always in process. Hope can reside in a finite sliver of time, even if the period is marked by devolution & disintegration, because time’s trajectory is both evolutionary & temporary.

I don’t need to bear witness to outcomes, or new blossoms for them to be deemed “good” or lead to “better.” To everything there is a season, & a much bigger picture. I can have hope for the future’s history b/c it has its own course, and NOW shall always pass.

So … “Sands of Impermanence” was created earlier this week.
