PTSD is a real and serious thing. PTSD from many different sources all around the world is a thing that is dealt with and affects every single day of the lives of those with it. I know and love two men who have spent their lives saving and rescuing innocent life, doing what is right, and they have paid the cost for that in immeasurable amounts. They have some of the biggest, kindest hearts for loving and helping people that I know and I have seen firsthand glimpses of the trauma that they carry on a day-to-day basis, I have been with them to graves innumerable, only to be categorized and even shunned for being diagnosed with it or by those saying they deserve it. It is heartbreaking. You may not ever agree with the cause of their trauma, and most likely it is because you haven't listened to the true stories of why they have it, but it does not matter. Let us show love to all. Please do not dismiss it, do not condemn it, do not just assume you know about what you do not know, show Love to your fellow humans! Sometimes you may simply not understand, and sometimes it's best that you cannot. Just show love and compassion!
