Pastel Painting, exclusively painterly, vibrant colors, a fox alone on an empty dirt road, at a fields edge, in the dim light of early dawn. It pauses mid-crossing for only a moment before disappearing again, as the painting reaches towards the edges selective distant detail fades from utilizing pastels to simply charcoal, enhancing the vibrancy of the colors. Wildness. Secrecy. Tension. Stillness.
