Last night, it weighed heavily in my mind-- the constant. Battery of attacks
, civil rights and human rights violations by those in America against those of us Asian Americans. It's a lottery of diminishing returns to be an artist, isolated in Eurocentric art traditions where extraction of resources was conducted against us. And to step into adulthood amidst gaslighting is difficult. And the cherry on top -- that the spiritual realm has only become more suffocating and dangerous.
