Moon bases are going to be the most likely places for Humanity to set-up shop in our solar system. All the Gas Giant's are out.., Mercury is better off being deconstructed before it gets wasted falling into the sun. Venus and Mars are symbiotic in what they (need/don't:have/don't) for Humanity to become permanent surface dwellers.., Which leaves only the far out bodies of Pluto, Eris, Ceres and such.., which really are so far out that they will end up as last minute stops before greater distance's is attempted.
