Don't you get the feeling that these apartments repeat themselves in some manner unknown to modern science ? Even stranger is the library down the street (on Non-Euclid Street, as it happens). The library was constructed by extraterrestrial Borges fans from the Andromeda Galaxy (Kardashev Scale 3), with a design adapted from Borges' short story "The Library of Babel."
