Beneath the moon's bewitching light,
Lurks a creature of the night,
A vampire, ancient and sly,
With crimson eyes that mesmerize.
Awakening from their slumber deep,
They prowl the night, while others sleep,
In search of prey, a crimson feast,
A victim's neck, their hunger's release.
With stealth and grace, they stalk the dark,
Their fangs ready to leave their mark,
Silent whispers, a haunting lure,
As they seek a soul to endure.
Once they find a willing prey,
They strike with speed, without delay,
Drinking deep, with ravenous thirst,
Their victim's life-force, quenched and cursed.
But with the dawn, they fade away,
Retreating to their coffin's stay,
Resting in eternal sleep,
Until the night, again to creep.
A creature of mystery and fear,
With an immortal presence, ever clear,
Enthralling yet chilling, a supernatural sight,
The vampire's allure, under the moon's light.
