Surrealist sculpture. A woman's elegant high-heeled shoe, but instead of a heel, it is supported by a kneeling Greek Atlantean figure — muscular, bearded, draped in a simple cloth around the waist, ancient Greek style. The Atlantean strains under the weight, back arched, expression one of exhausted endurance. The shoe itself is made of polished black marble, smooth and refined. The figure is carved from weathered white marble with subtle patina. The sculpture stands alone in a vast, empty museum hall with high ceilings, soft natural light from above casting long shadows. Minimalist, dramatic, allegorical. Concept: "The man under the heel." Metaphor of submission, hidden labor, domestic endurance. --ar 4:3
