Chicken Puddle Party

More about Chicken Puddle Party

A high-angle outdoor shot of a flock of about 25 brown and tan chickens gathered around and in a large muddy puddle, formed in a dug-out section of a dirt path. One chicken stands on the dirt next to the puddle in the lower left. At the back of the puddle, a tall, gray metal bucket with two horizontal blue lines and a wire handle rests next to the puddle, with a small white bowl next to its base. Another chicken stands to the left of the bucket, facing into the puddle, and two more are slightly further to the left, standing in the shallow part of the puddle. Several chickens are in the puddle, with their reflections visible in the murky water. Most of the chickens have red combs and wattles. Their feathers, a mix of brown and tan, reflect the bright sunlight. In the background a large field of vibrant green crops spreads out under a clear light blue sky.
