Mermaid in the Ocean

More about Mermaid in the Ocean

A watercolor painting shows a mermaid standing in the ocean. She has a green fish tail with a white fin, and a blue seashell bra. She has long, wavy, reddish-brown hair, and pale skin with greenish undertones. She is looking directly at the viewer with a neutral expression. In the background, there is a hazy, translucent reflection of her on the left side of the image, as if she is looking into a mirror or is a ghost. The ocean water is a deep blue at the horizon and fades to a lighter blue and green near the foreground. The sky is a cloudy, dark blue with hints of yellow and white. The painting has a visible watercolor texture, with bleeding edges and washes of color.
