Over the hill corrupt alcoholic newspaper editor riding an extremely elaborate steampunk baroque Victorian Jules Verne electric bicycle festooned with bells, whistles, cables, gauges, dials, valves to deliver bundles of weekly newspapers at the Chamber of Commerce office in the style of Norman Rockell.

The prompt is basically autobiographical except that my eBike isn't THAT cool.
