Four people (two men and two women) with dark hair and pale skin, dressed in 19th-century attire, gather around a wooden table in a dimly lit, Gothic-style room. From the Ouija board, a ghostly, translucent female figure with long, flowing white hair and pale eyes rises, her form slightly ethereal and otherworldly. She appears to be emerging from a swirling cloud of white and blue smoke that fills the center of the image.
