A wide-angle, full shot depicts a surreal, sunlit scene featuring polar bears and penguins in front of the Hungarian Parliament Building in Budapest. On the right, a polar bear stands on its hind legs on a stone embankment, holding a professional DSLR camera up to its eye, photographing the action. Below and to the left of the photographer, four penguins stand in a line on the riverbank, looking toward the water. In the center, another polar bear sits on a white and black jet ski, riding it across the calm blue water and creating a white splash. In the background, the Hungarian Parliament Building with its large red dome and spires sits on the riverbank, with the Chain Bridge to the left and city buildings stretching across the hillside. A small red airplane flies in the top left corner against a clear blue sky dotted with scattered white clouds. The lighting is bright and even, casting soft shadows.
