WarWashing - in a German Volkswagen factory, one sees an assembly line for a ultramodern military tanks - there is a queue of tanks on the line, ready to go - the tanks have been adjusted for zero CO2 emissions, so, they have huge batteries and large solar panels and a big socket for an electric plug on the side - on the talk there is also a big painted logo representing a stylized bomb shell intertwined with green leaf symbolizing an environmentally friendly war - on a panel is written "Sustainable Warfare" - hand drawing sketch
This image shows a production line of electric tanks in a VW factory (AD 2035). It is entirely absurd but also totally logical: (1) Russia threatens Europe; (2) The US let Europe down; (3) Europe needs more tanks; (4) The car industry needs new outlets; (5) Bypassing the debt brake allows us to send all bills to the next generations; (6) But the ecologists want no more thermal motors in 2035. So, here is the solution: have the European car industry produce tanks, and just make sure they are electric. Eureka! Why didn't we think about it before? Now, at the end, mankind can move to an era of sustainable warfare, where all the advantages of war will be enjoyed in a growth-compliant, CO2-neutral and climate-friendly way!
