ArtistAnthropomorphic, very fluffy long haired black cat wears a Kinagashi and a haori in autumn colors. He is lounging in an overstuffed chair and ottoman that looks like it belongs in a British men's club. Also in the room is an elaborately carved, long wooden coffee table made of mahogany. Resting on the table is a long stemmed cherry wood pipe. Beside the pipe is a tin of pipe tobacco. Also on the table is a small, elegant black marble statue of a rearing stallion. Visible on the wall, mounted on mahogany is a Spanish, basket handled rapier. The setting is a traditional Japanese ryūha. An elegant rock garden is visible in the distance. If he sits too long in thought, we should probably start worrying. . . .
A fluffy black cat, dressed in a traditional Japanese kimono and hakama, relaxes in a tufted leather armchair inside a traditional wooden room, smoking a pipe. The cat has piercing yellow eyes and a serene expression. It is seated comfortably, with its front paws resting on the armrests and its hind legs stretched out on an ottoman. The room has dark wood paneling, sliding paper doors, and a calligraphy scroll hanging on the wall. A katana is mounted horizontally on the wall above the cat. Through the open sliding doors, a serene Japanese garden is visible, featuring a glowing red maple tree, a stone lantern, and manicured bushes, all bathed in the warm, golden light of the setting sun. In the foreground, a low wooden table holds a small black horse figurine, a wooden pipe, and a blue and yellow container of treats.
