I love this medium. I've use Paint Shop Pro for over 30 years and enjoy altering and transforming images, but with AI I can create pictures from scratch using just words, words of my own, words of other Deep Dreamers, words from books and stories. It opens up a whole new dimension. I still use PSP occasionally, but most of the artist groups online now use AI, so unless I'm making something personal, that's the medium I now play in. AI is a form of art, but it is fun to come up with images that we have running through our heads in response to challenges, seasons, occasions, etc. Play. :)
Artist statement
Don't be discouraged by those who sneer at art created by AI; one of my sons teaches graphics (animation) at a small college near Seattle, he has embraced the technology and incorporates it into his personal art, his classes, and his presentations. AI makes creating art available to so many who have never had the time or means to learn drawing skills, yet we have art in our heads and hearts.
FYI, once you have constructed a great image, I think you get more attention if you have a descriptive or clever title. AI generates very consistently boring titles. Anything with snow is a "winter wonderland," anything with a meadow or a river is "tranquil" or "serene," anything with a fairy or magical qualities is "enchanting." I don't know if there is a way to expand AI's ability in that respect, but I'm sending a suggestion to DDG that they pick up more of what is in the actual prompt instead of banalities. I hope some of you will also make suggestions to the Deep Dream team contact@deepdreamgenerator.com.
Dream Level: is increased each time when you "Go Deeper" into the dream. Each new level is harder to achieve and
takes more iterations than the one before.
Rare Deep Dream: is any dream which went deeper than level 6.
Deep Dream
