All of the doctors are holding large big syringes with hypodermic needles. Issuing out of the needles are toxic fumes where viruses and vile evil looking forms in smokey mists are seen. the doctors have expressionless faces. They look like zombies who have lost all sense of self, like robots. before them are the patients on cots and hospital beds all waiting to receive the nauseous concoctions within the syringes.
