My Wife and Me

• Model: ChatGPT 2 (Pro)

• Size: 2592 X 1440 (3.73 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: "A whimsical gothic double portrait illustration in the distinctive style of Tim Burton, reminiscent of Corpse Bride and Big Fish concept art: hand-drawn ink linework, slightly wonky proportions, and a charming, eerie, deeply affectionate atmosphere. Two adult women sit close together on a windswept beach, heads gently leaning against each other, both looking at the viewer in a selfie-like pose with soft, content, slightly crooked smiles. The woman on the left has long, straight, jet-black hair falling in wispy, slightly exaggerated strands past her shoulders, a calm, warm gaze with large, round, softly shadowed dark eyes, light freckles and a gently elongated face. She wears a black T-shirt with a delicate compass rose design on the chest, drawn in fine white ink lines, and a thin black cord necklace with a small silver treble clef pendant. The woman on the right has a short, tousled brown bob that the wind whips into wild, curling strands with a few little spirals at the ends. She has large, round, expressive blue-grey eyes with soft shadowed rings beneath them, rosy cheeks and a warm, gentle smile. She wears a coral-pink T-shirt with a small whimsical bird design, a thin silver chain with a tiny angel pendant, and a black rope cord around her neck. Behind them stretches a pale, empty beach with long wobbly shadows, tiny spiral-patterned dunes and a few spindly, crooked beach grasses. Far away in the distance stand tiny caravans like toy houses. A giant, softly glowing sun sinks low over the horizon under a sky of swirling ink hatching, with a few small, odd, round-eyed seabirds and tiny spindly creatures peeking out from the sand and from behind their shoulders. Color palette: desaturated charcoal, sand, cream and ash grey, with the coral pink of her shirt, a soft sky-blue in the swirling sky and a faint golden glow as the only accent colors. High contrast, soft vignette, stop-motion-like textures, delicate pen-and-ink detail, a tender, quietly magical mood about two people who found each other. No readable text."

Golden Hour Piggyback Ride

• Model: Krea 2 Turbo

• Size: 1472 X 832 (1.22 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: A medium shot, eye-level, of two young Caucasian sisters, ages approximately 7 and 4, sharing a joyful moment in a sun-drenched meadow at golden hour. The older sister, with long, flowing light brown hair, is giving the younger sister a piggyback ride. Both girls are beaming with genuine laughter, their faces illuminated by the warm, diffused sunlight. The younger sister, with shoulder-length blonde hair, is tightly embracing her older sister. The older sister wears a rich, rust-colored, flowy midi-dress with a subtle linen texture. The younger sister wears a delicate, off-white sundress with a ditsy floral print in muted purples and greens, and simple brown sandals. The environmental context is a wild, overgrown meadow with tall, dry grasses, interspersed with small, delicate purple wildflowers. The background features a soft bokeh of distant trees and the hazy glow of the setting sun. The lighting is natural, cinematic golden hour, with warm, soft rays backlighting the subjects, creating a gentle halo effect around their hair and highlighting the textures of the grass. The camera perspective is slightly below the eye-level of the older sister, emphasizing their connection and the expansive meadow. The depth of field is shallow, with the foreground grasses and wildflowers rendered in a soft blur, drawing the viewer's attention to the sharp details of the girls' faces and expressions. The color grading is warm and nostalgic, with rich sepia tones and soft, peachy highlights, enhancing the feeling of a cherished memory. The material textures are palpable: the coarse, dry fibers of the grass, the smooth, soft fabric of the dresses, and the delicate petals of the wildflowers. The atmospheric conditions are serene and slightly hazy, with a gentle, warm breeze suggested by the slight movement of the grasses and the soft focus of the background. The overall image quality is photorealistic, with exceptional detail and a dreamy, evocative mood..

Melancholy Storybook Duo

• Model: ChatGPT 2 (Pro)

• Size: 2224 X 1664 (3.70 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: A digital illustration in a whimsical, storybook style that mimics mixed-media watercolor on distressed, textured paper, depicting two girls standing back-to-back in a slightly melancholic scene. The girl on the left is shown in profile facing left, with very pale skin, messy blonde hair featuring long bangs that obscure her forehead, and a contemplative, sad expression with large blue eyes. She wears a sleeveless, knee-length dress with a gathered waist and flared skirt, featuring a mottled texture of slate blue, grey, and faint green that resembles a watercolor wash or worn fabric, paired with dark, muddy brown boots reaching her calves. Her hair is rendered with fine, scratchy black lines that hang down loosely, overlapping her shoulders and dress in a messy, tangled way. The girl on the right stands with her back to the viewer, having dark brown hair tied into two high, messy pigtails secured with small red hair ties and a large red bow on the top right, with fine wispy strands sticking out. She wears a similar sleeveless dress in shades of coral red and pink with purple and blue mottling at the hem, and matching dark, textured boots. The background is a cream-colored, off-white surface with a heavy texture resembling aged paper or a cracked wall, featuring vertical streaks and thin black lines running from top to bottom like rain or drips. At the bottom of the composition, the scene transitions into a field of tall, thin grass blades and small wildflowers in red and purple, possibly thistles, set against a yellowish-green ground. The overall aesthetic is grainy and textured, with a soft, diffuse lighting that creates a gentle, slightly somber atmosphere. The rendering quality is high, with smooth skin shading contrasting against the scratchy, detailed linework of the hair and the rough, painterly texture of the clothing and background, evoking the style of contemporary children's book illustrations with a dark fantasy undertone and a distressed, vintage paper overlay.
