The man tenderly kisses the frog on the lips; it's a tender yet eerie and seductive moment; perhaps the frog will become/become a princess. He is dressed in heavily patched and torn clothes: pants with old leather belts, a shirt with embroidered hearts, and shoes of worn fabric, giving him a decayed, doll-like appearance. On his head, the man wears a cap with a small visor. On his back, the man holds a hunting bow and arrows. The frog is large but regal, with a worn scarf around its neck and an ancient, wise, yet melancholic expression on its face. On its head, it wears a crown like that of a fairytale character—the Frog Princess. The crown has a luxurious and expensive appearance: it is gilded and adorned with rubies, diamonds, sapphires, and other precious stones. A bow arrow is visible in one of the frog's front paws. The background is an ancient, marshy space, simultaneously traditonal and fairytale-like: with water lilies, lilies, reeds, bur-marigolds, flying dragonflies, butterflies, floating dust particles, birch trees on the lakeshore in the distance, and a soft, ethereal light. Ultra-realistic textures. Vibrant HDRI cinematic lighting with soft, dramatic sidelight and deep shadows. A rich color palette with natural colors and their hues. The vintage, surreal atmosphere is whimsical and fairytale-like at first glance, yet deeply captivating and melancholic, as if this tender kiss between man and frog carries a cursed or tragic weight. .Technical Features/Specs: Ultra-realistic cinematic photography, ultra-high resolution 8K–16K, true high dynamic range (HDR), high micro-contrast and extreme detail fidelity, physically based rendering (PBR workflow), accurate surface roughness maps, high-resolution texture detail, realistic material response, ray-traced global illumination (GI), ray-traced reflections and refractions, subsurface scattering (SSS) for organic materials, volumetric lighting, and atmospheric lighting. • Size: 1664 X 2240 (3.73 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: IA full-body, highly detailed, fantastical digital painting of a gnarled, ancient male swamp witch or hermit, with a large toad on a leash, walking through a mystical, glowing dark green swamp. The old man has a long, scraggly grey beard intertwined with green moss, piercing green eyes, a hooked nose, and an expression of weary determination. He wears a tattered, moss-covered, dark teal-green hooded cloak and tunic, revealing patches of rough, greenish skin with warts and bumps. A large, overflowing woven wicker basket is strapped to his back, filled with various alchemical ingredients: glass jars containing glowing green liquids, herbs, fungi, small bones, and what appears to be broccoli florets. He clutches a gnarled, twisted wooden staff in his right hand, from which a weathered human skull hangs, dripping with a dark liquid. In his left hand, he holds a thick rope leash attached to a large, warty, olive-green toad with bright green eyes, positioned in the lower-left foreground. The toad is highly textured with prominent bumps and folds of skin. The background is a dense, dark, enchanted forest or swamp, with twisted, moss-covered trees and glowing, ethereal green light emanating from mushrooms and the foliage. Small, faint yellow-green glowing orbs resembling fireflies or spirits are scattered throughout the scene. The overall color palette is dominated by deep greens, teals, and hints of brown, with pops of vibrant glowing green. The lighting is low-key and atmospheric, with strong rim lighting on the figures from the mystical green glow, creating dramatic shadows and highlights. The style is a blend of dark fantasy art with intricate details, resembling a concept art illustration. The mood is mysterious, ancient, and slightly eerie, yet captivating. The composition is a full shot, with the old man and toad centered, drawing the viewer's eye to their intricate details.Style by Dave McKean x Daniele Serra x Alex Ries

Battle in the Swamp: Toad vs. Soldier

• Model: FluX 2 (Pro)

• Size: 3840 X 2160 (8.29 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: A dark, cinematic fantasy scene of a colossal monstrous toad locked in combat with a lone assassin. The toad is enormous, easily the size of a small building, its slimy skin mottled in sickly greens, browns, and patches of pale grey. Massive wart-like growths cover its back, some cracked and oozing faint luminescent fluid. Its body is a canvas of old battles — dozens of scars crisscross its flesh: deep gouges that have healed into raised, pale ridges; jagged tears that left keloid knots; circular wounds from fangs or claws, now surrounded by clusters of smaller warts. One particularly brutal scar runs diagonally across its left eye, splitting the eyelid and leaving the eye cloudy but still glowing with malevolent amber light. Near its throat, a set of three parallel slashes, long since healed, seem to pulse faintly with a dark residue of old magic. The skin around the scars is often darker, cracked, and in some places, smaller spikes or bony growths have emerged from the healed tissue. Facing the monster, a nimble assassin in dark leather armor and a hooded cloak lunges forward. In his hand, a slender silver dagger — the blade is etched with ancient, glowing runes that pulse with a deep violet light. The runes shift and flicker as if alive, and the entire blade emanates an intense, cold violet radiance that casts eerie shadows across the assassin’s face and the surrounding mud. A faint, ghostly afterimage trails the dagger’s movement. His face is partially visible beneath the hood: focused, scarred, with sharp features. He leaps over a massive boulder, aiming for the toad’s neck. Rain pours down, soaking everything, and the ground is a muddy swamp scattered with ancient stone ruins half-swallowed by marsh. *The atmosphere is tense and dramatic, with shafts of pale moonlight breaking through heavy storm clouds, illuminating the combatants. Bioluminescent fungi on the ruins add a ghostly blue-green glow, contrasting with the violet light of the dagger. Splashing mud, flying droplets, and the sense of imminent impact. Hyperdetailed, photorealistic, 8k, cinematic composition, dynamic angle, dark fantasy art, masterpiece.*

The Toad and the Owl

• Model: ChatGPT (Pro) Full

• Size: 3520 X 1885 (6.64 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: A vibrant, eye-level still life photograph of three wooden figurines and a pinecone on a bamboo mat, with a carved wooden panel in the background. The central subject is a dark wooden frog figurine with an open mouth, featuring intricate carving and iridescent green and purple hues from the lighting. To its left stands a tall, textured pinecone. To the right of the frog, a smaller, green, sculptural object resembling a rose or succulent is on the mat. Further right, a larger, round, wooden owl figurine with prominent eyes and scale-like carvings is visible, also illuminated with green and pink/purple light. The composition is balanced with the subjects arranged from left to right across the foreground. The bamboo mat provides a horizontal texture, while the carved wooden panel in the background adds depth and an ornate, abstract pattern. The lighting is dramatic and colorful, with strong, contrasting washes of green, purple, and red/orange light illuminating different parts of the scene. The green light highlights the left side of the frog and parts of the owl, while pink and purple light bathes the right side of the frog, the owl, and the background. The pinecone appears more naturally lit with warm, orange tones. The color palette is rich and saturated, dominated by the interplay of deep greens, vibrant purples, and warm browns/oranges from the wood and the lighting. The style is that of a studio still life, emphasizing texture, form, and dramatic color. The mood is mysterious and enchanting, almost magical, due to the unusual lighting and the subject matter. Important details include the distinct wood grain visible on the figurines, the texture of the pinecone, the parallel lines of the bamboo mat, and the intricate, relief carvings on the background panel which reflect the colored light. The small, stylized flower-like adornment on the frog's cheek and on the owl's head adds small points of interest. The deep shadows and highlights created by the directional colored lighting are crucial for recreating the image's atmosphere.
