  • Prompt: A nostalgic, vintage-style painting of a busy platform at Flinders Street Station, Melbourne, in the 1950s, capturing the charm and atmosphere of post-war Australia. A man wearing a long brown overcoat and classic Fedora hat stands holding a well-worn leather Gladstone bag, while a woman sits on a wooden bench reading a Woman's Day magazine. Nearby, a small station kiosk displays newspapers and sweets, beneath a large traditional railway clock and a prominent FLINDERS STREET sign. Other passengers in period clothing wait for the approaching train, carrying suitcases and briefcases, as an old-fashioned electric train waits beside the tracks. Warm, muted colours, soft sepia undertones, gentle afternoon light, beautifully observed period details, expressive brushstrokes and textured canvas. A heartwarming, atmospheric scene evoking memories of a bygone era, painted in the style of mid-century Australian realist illustration, with the nostalgic charm of a treasured old photograph.

Bus Cat Commute

• Model: ChatGPT 2 (Pro)

• Size: 2560 X 1440 (3.69 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: Full body portrait, Photorealistic humorous scene inside a real modern city bus. A normal-sized orange tabby cat is hanging from a regular triangular bus hand strap in the middle aisle. The cat is small, so its feet cannot reach the floor. It holds the strap with one front paw while its entire body hangs naturally underneath, with both hind legs dangling freely in the air. The other front paw hangs naturally beside its body. The cat must have completely realistic feline proportions and natural orange tabby fur. It is an ordinary domestic cat, not large or oversized. The funny situation comes from the cat using the same overhead hand strap that human passengers normally use for balance. Several ordinary passengers are seated on both sides of the aisle, wearing everyday winter clothing. Some look at their phones while others look forward naturally. The passengers should behave realistically without exaggerated reactions. Show the complete bus interior with seats, vertical poles, overhead rails, multiple triangular hand straps, large windows and ceiling details. Keep the cat clearly small compared with the adult passengers and the bus interior. Realistic photography, natural lighting, realistic fur, detailed textures, believable perspective, subtle depth of field, cinematic composition, highly detailed, humorous but realistic atmosphere. WIDE-SCREEN 16:9 horizontal composition, full scene visible, high resolution. Avoid: oversized cat, giant cat, cartoon style, human-like cat, clothing on cat, accessories, distorted anatomy, extra limbs, duplicate cat, unrealistic proportions, blurry image, cropped cat, text, logo, watermark.

Grand Steam Arrival

• Model: DaVinci2

• Size: 1088 X 1088 (1.18 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: An oil painting of a vintage steam train, predominantly black and deep blue with red accents, is positioned on railway tracks in the centre-left of the frame. The train is emitting a large plume of dark gray smoke from its chimney, creating a dramatic effect against the sky. To the right of the train is a brick train station with arched doorways and windows, where several figures in early 20th-century attire stand on the platform, appearing to be waiting or conversing. A large tree with green foliage is situated on the left side of the image, partially obscuring the view of the train cars stretching into the distance. The perspective is low-angle, emphasizing the grandeur of the locomotive. The lighting suggests a bright, possibly midday sun, casting soft shadows and highlighting the textures of the brickwork and the train's metal components. The overall style is painterly and evokes a nostalgic, historical atmosphere.

Anywhere Beautiful

• Model: ChatGPT 2 (Pro)

• Size: 3840 X 2160 (8.29 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: Flying luxury alien starcruiser hovers high above majestic coastline of mountains and forests. Vessel is large, sleek, and luxurious rather than military: white hull, multiple decks, elegant superstructure, white radomes, glazed observation sections, and polished wood decking along open promenade levels. Form should read as advanced alien grand cruiser, not present-day yacht or battleship. Hull lines are streamlined and graceful, with upper decks stepping aft to provide visible walking space for passengers. Deck life must be visible. People walk along open decks, stand in small groups at railings, and pause to look at scenery below. Figures read as passengers rather than crew: relaxed posture, sightseeing behavior, bodies oriented outward toward the view. The cruiser is large enough that people appear as small but legible scale markers across several deck levels. Deck surfaces are polished wood with pale rails and uncluttered promenade zones so the human presence feels leisurely and affluent. Starcruiser is airborne and stable, hovering high above coastline rather than docked or flying low over a city. It appears suspended in open air with clear separation from terrain below. Lower hull hangs over open space, decks remain level, and the ship suggests advanced lift rather than visible rocket exhaust. No weapon systems, combat damage, or industrial machinery. The key relation is serene elevation: luxurious vessel gliding or holding position above vast coastal landscape while passengers admire the world beneath. Landscape below is majestic and expansive. Coastline combines dramatic mountains, forested slopes, and open water, with terrain descending toward coves, cliffs, beaches, and inlets. Forest canopy should be abundant, and mountain forms should provide grandeur without overpowering the ship. Waterline, headlands, and layered distances should make the scenery feel worth observing from the decks. The view below must read as coherent coastal panorama rather than generic background texture. Composition keeps full starcruiser dominant while still showing enough coastline below for context. Midground centers the vessel in three-quarter exterior view so hull shape, open decks, radomes, wood decking, and passenger activity are all legible. Lower frame and background open to mountains, forests, and coast, giving a strong sense of altitude. Camera sits outside and slightly above or level with ship, angled so viewers can see both deck life and the scenery beneath. Silhouette separation between white hull and land or sky should remain strong. Lighting is bright clear daylight with broad even illumination across hull, decks, passengers, and landscape. White surfaces should stay luminous without blowing out, wood decks should show warm polished tone, and shadows should remain open enough to preserve detail. Air should feel clean, elevated, and scenic, with long visibility across coastline and sea.
