Prompt: Benoit Mandelbrot showed that many natural structures - branching trees, lungs, river networks, coastlines, clouds - really are "self-similar", meaning the part resembles the whole. The Fibonacci spirals in plants are genuinely explained by how new buds pack themselves around the growing tip at the "golden angle", the arrangement that wastes the least space.
However, natural fractals are only statistically self-similar - not every piece fits - and only across a limited range of scales - typically just a few orders of magnitude. A mathematical fractals repeat to infinity, real fractals are often limited by possibilities and laws of our physical world. So when I say I started to see that "our entire existence as a fractal structure", it is of course more metaphorical way of seeing. Yes, I began to perceive existence as infinite diversity in infinite combinations, emerging from a finite set of simple forms. But understand it as a metaphorical lens not as bulletproof truth…
By the way, this way of seeing world is much older than Mandelbrot's fractals. Huayan Buddhists described it some 1,400 years ago as Indra's Net - an infinite net with a jewel at every knot, each jewel reflecting all the other jewels, and all their reflections, endlessly. I find it telling that when I needed an honest ancestor for my fractal vision, the best one turned out to be an openly poetic metaphor, not a pseudo-scientific theory. No texts on the picture, only visual metaphors, use psychedelic visionary ethno bohemian style
Prompt: digital oil‑painting, rich impasto texture, controlled brushwork, muted surrealist atmosphere.
Two human figures with cardboard boxes replacing their heads (proportional to the body, neck visible).
On the right: an adult woman in a formal grey coat and high heels adopts an authoritarian, punitive stance. Her right arm is extended downward, pointing with her index finger in a gesture of reprimand; her left hand rests firmly on her hip, classic posture of control and confrontation.
On the left: a smaller adolescent girl in a simple green dress and flat shoes stands with a withdrawn, vulnerable attitude. Her box‑head tilts downward, avoiding the accusatory gesture. Behind her back, she hides a bright red sphere — a symbol of inner creativity, rebellion, or a protected secret.
The cardboard boxes act as metaphors for imposed standardization, rigid educational or familial structures that “package” thought. The red sphere contrasts as a vivid nucleus of individuality.
Background: a minimalist architectural space with neutral tones, soft stone walls, and a polished marble floor featuring a circular or spiral inlay pattern — suggesting repetition, cycles, and systemic pressure.
Lighting: soft, directional, slightly theatrical, creating long shadows that emphasize the asymmetry of power.
Palette: greys, muted greens, warm stone neutrals; the red sphere as the only saturated focal point.
Mood: quiet tension, symbolic confrontation, surreal clarity.
Artistic influences: Giorgio de Chirico for metaphysical stillness, Paul Delvaux for dreamlike staging, and a touch of René Magritte for conceptual irony.
High‑detail brush texture, stable proportions, clean silhouettes, soft volumetric light, atmospheric depth, balanced composition, painterly realism.
Prompt: Digital illustration, photographable instant on desolate alien planet during catastrophic impact. Primary subject is enormous yellow-white hot asteroid descending into or striking surface, scale overwhelming against horizon and terrain. Asteroid reads as incandescent celestial mass rather than spacecraft or comet fragment: blazing core, molten crust, shattered edges, heat bloom, fierce corona. Bright orange and yellow flames engulf body, while star-like flares burst outward, making asteroid feel violently luminous and almost sunlike.
Impact action is frozen at peak awe. Asteroid is close enough to ground, or partly entering collision, that event feels immediate and unstoppable. Fiery wake tears through atmosphere in streaming ribbons, incandescent fragments shedding from outer shell, shock-lit vapor and dust beginning to billow from contact region or near-surface approach. Flare spikes, heat haze, glowing debris, and reflected fire across terrain confirm extreme energy release.
Foreground terrain is dark, rocky, and alien. Surface forms are irregular and unusual: jagged basalt masses, eroded ridges, broken shelves, strange mineral outcrops, and sculptural rock silhouettes unlike familiar Earth desert. Ground stays cool-toned and shadowed despite nearby fire, preserving contrast between searing celestial heat and cold planetary surface. Cracks, debris, and broken contours direct eye toward impact zone, while nearest rocks anchor scale. Landscape feels barren, ancient, and uninhabited.
Sky and distance establish otherworldly setting. Background showcases star-studded sky with multiple smaller celestial bodies visible at varied scales—distant moons, minor planets, or luminous orbital fragments. Around them spreads colorful swirling atmosphere: veils of alien vapor in cool blues, violets, teals, and muted magentas, turning sky into vivid cosmic backdrop. Atmospheric color supports alien beauty without competing against asteroid’s incandescent dominance.
Color logic is central. Scene emphasizes contrast between fiery descending mass and cool shadowed world below. Asteroid burns in yellow-white core heat, orange flame, gold flare, and molten highlights, while landscape carries charcoals, blue-shadowed stone, violet haze, and dim reflected ember tones. This contrast remains legible across composition: heat above, cool darkness below, brief contact region uniting both through glowing reflection, kicked dust, and luminous mist. Result feels destructive and visually breathtaking.
Spatial hierarchy is absolute. Foreground begins with dark rocky shapes and unusual landforms. Midground holds impact zone or imminent collision path, where light spreads across terrain and atmosphere. Background carries star field, smaller celestial bodies, and swirling color beyond blast. Camera is wide and slightly low, set back enough to capture asteroid scale, planetary emptiness, and sky depth in one coherent shot. Mood is awe-struck, catastrophic, beautiful, otherworldly. Detailed high-resolution stylized-real illustration; strong basin control toward gigantic flaming asteroid impacting desolate alien planet under vivid cosmic sky, balancing violent heat with cool shadowed serenity.
