Prompt: Benoit Mandelbrot showed that many natural structures - branching trees, lungs, river networks, coastlines, clouds - really are "self-similar", meaning the part resembles the whole. The Fibonacci spirals in plants are genuinely explained by how new buds pack themselves around the growing tip at the "golden angle", the arrangement that wastes the least space.
However, natural fractals are only statistically self-similar - not every piece fits - and only across a limited range of scales - typically just a few orders of magnitude. A mathematical fractals repeat to infinity, real fractals are often limited by possibilities and laws of our physical world. So when I say I started to see that "our entire existence as a fractal structure", it is of course more metaphorical way of seeing. Yes, I began to perceive existence as infinite diversity in infinite combinations, emerging from a finite set of simple forms. But understand it as a metaphorical lens not as bulletproof truth…
By the way, this way of seeing world is much older than Mandelbrot's fractals. Huayan Buddhists described it some 1,400 years ago as Indra's Net - an infinite net with a jewel at every knot, each jewel reflecting all the other jewels, and all their reflections, endlessly. I find it telling that when I needed an honest ancestor for my fractal vision, the best one turned out to be an openly poetic metaphor, not a pseudo-scientific theory. Prompt: Create an immersive art installation featuring countless glowing lanterns suspended in the air, set within a room with mirrored walls and floor to create an infinite reflection effect. A single person stands amidst the lanterns, enhancing the sense of scale and the mesmerizing nature of the installation. The warm light of the lanterns reflects infinitely, creating a captivating and dreamlike atmosphere.
Prompt: a cat in a hall of mirrors, infinite reflections, distorted perspectives, mysterious lighting, reflections of it, mesmerizing illusions, surreal atmosphere, digital art, detailed and realistic, enigmatic ambiance, by Salvador Dali and Yayoi Kusama, Artstation.
Prompt: mundo de espejos, esfera globos, reflejos infinitos, Gitana diosa , cuerpo delgada y fina, vestido de agua y fuego verde muy largo . Beautiful face with intense cristal pink eyes, hyperdetailed mysteriously magical, highly intricate, hyperrealism,
Prompt: Scene in the style of Yayoi Kusama:
In a space flooded with mirrors and colorful dots, there is a room where time seems to stand still. Light refracts through the space, creating a magical atmosphere reflected in endless reflections.
In the middle of the room, two lovers stand embraced, surrounded by lights and dots stretching into infinity. Their smiles are like rays of sunshine illuminating the space, while their love radiates in all directions.
Around them, faint sounds of a piano resonate from the distance, adding melody to their dance of love and happiness. The light refracting through the space creates a sense of magic, as if they have wandered into another world.
As the space slowly fills with the glow of the setting sun, the colors of the room become more intense, creating a beautiful contrast with the mirrors and dots surrounding them. This is a moment that evokes deep emotion - a fusion of beauty, love, and infinity, leaving the viewer breathless and overwhelmed with feelings of joy and wonder.
