Challenge critical inner voices and replace them with affirming, supportive statements.
Set Healthy Boundaries: Learn to say no to protect your mental and emotional energy. You are not a grocery store where everybody can take out what they want and whenever they want it.

Accept your flaws rather than judging yourself; understand that no one is perfect. When you have accomplished something, material, practical and/or emotional, be proud of even the smallest win. Give yourself a pat on the shoulder, nothing wrong with that. Acknowledge your accomplishments and celebrate your progress, no matter how small.
Surround Yourself with Positive energy: Everything that can make you laugh, feel better, gives more positive energy is worth doing. Be sure to get a dose of that daily. And make that things you like. Don't make it a social-media event, but just you, your heart, your mind and your enjoyment.
