Prompt: Create a richly atmospheric fantasy-romantic comic illustration in warm painterly realism: lifelike facial anatomy, expressive traditional brushwork, layered tactile surfaces, luminous golden ambiance, earthy shadows, soft impasto, finely blended transitions between realistic features and painterly edges. Preserve intimate emotional clarity and balanced symmetry of a sophisticated manga-inspired composition, replacing flat cel rendering with tactile painterly realism.
Subject and composition: a single-panel horizontal comic featuring two young adult women lying on a glossy black floor, facing each other in mirrored positions. Both barefoot, on their stomachs, upper bodies propped on elbows, forearms angled inward, hands relaxed near center, legs extending behind them. Faces close together at the same height, conveying equality, reciprocity, and mutual recognition. Both figures fully visible, faces and eyes as the emotional focal point.
Left woman: young Black woman, realistic deep-brown skin with natural texture, no makeup. Short, sharply layered asymmetrical pixie cut — one side closely cropped, the other with longer tapered strands — in vivid violet with visible individual strands and luminous purple highlights. Light youthful blouse and short pleated skirt in vivid complementary colors. Soft, affectionate, sincere expression; luminous eyes, relaxed brows, small genuine smile.
Right woman: young woman natural realistic skin, delicate features. Voluminous pink double-bun hairstyle — two large rounded fluffy buns, loose strands, playful sculptural silhouette — in pastel-to-saturated pink with tactile painterly volume. Light youthful blouse and short pleated skirt in complementary bright colors. Calm, tender, affectionate expression; luminous eyes, gentle sincere smile.
Interaction: both women gaze directly and exclusively into each other's eyes, faces close. Emotional focus: mutual affection, vulnerability, recognition, quiet realization of love. One small, softly luminous heart symbol floats at the exact visual center between their faces.
Floor and surreal reflection: deep black, highly polished, mirror-like floor. No aurora, windows, or magical lights are physically present in the room. Instead, the black floor mysteriously reflects a breathtaking aurora borealis — flowing ribbons of emerald green, cyan, electric blue, violet, magenta, and subtle gold — appearing beneath and between the women's bodies, naturally distorted by perspective and reflective ripples. The contradiction should feel poetic, not frightening: the aurora exists only as reflection, an inner emotional reality not yet manifested physically.
Lighting: warm golden light from an unseen source, with soft rim light on hair, shoulders, and clothing, plus gentle frontal fill for facial detail. The black floor catches both this warmth and the aurora reflection. The women themselves emit no magical light.
Background: minimal, dark, atmospheric, with warm ochre-gold shadows. No furniture, props, windows, or visible sky — the only fantastical element is the aurora reflected on the floor.
Typography: centered or gently arcing across the upper panel, integrated into the painterly composition, exact caption: "Doesn't love always start like this? As an illusion that suddenly turns into reality." Simple, rounded, elegant comic font, fully legible.
Mood: sophisticated manga-inspired storytelling.
