Prompt: Whimsical Cat & Dog Friendship — Ink + Collage
A whimsical mixed-media portrait of a cat and dog sitting shoulder-to-shoulder like best friends, facing forward with large expressive eyes and charming personalities. Their faces and clothing are constructed from intricate black ink crosshatching, loose sketch lines, colorful watercolor washes, geometric collage patches, vintage paper fragments and playful patterns. The cat wears a quirky striped sweater while the dog wears a patchwork jacket, white shirt and black dotted tie. Palette of turquoise, aqua, pink, lavender, mustard gold, lime and cream with strong black linework. Off-white vintage paper background filled with handwritten notes, abstract typography, tiny diagrams, ink splatters and artistic marks. Include the readable phrase “FRIENDSHIP IS IMPORTANT.” Contemporary illustration, eccentric storybook charm, sophisticated outsider-art aesthetic, highly detailed but with two strong central subjects.
