Gothic Entity from the Mirror

• Model: ChatGPT 2 (Pro)

• Size: 1664 X 2224 (3.70 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: This is the prompt for the attached image. Create an image in the same style, but featuring only the painting itself—perhaps slightly brighter: "Dark surrealism, ink and watercolor wash on heavily soaked paper, style of Jeremy Mann and Endre Penovác. A blurred interior of an old train compartment, outside the window — a tar-like, pitch-black void. In the foreground, a delicate young woman's hand holds an ambiguous object: it is unclear whether it is a small pocket mirror or a vast open folio with an illustration. Inside its surface, instead of a face, a black swamp is reflected — with toad-like creatures (zhabalaki) crawling in the mud, and a mutating winged monster desperately trying to take flight. The scene is heavily blurred with a wet-on-wet watercolor wash, as if the drawing is almost washed away by water and dark dreams, with chaotic ink blots and splatters. The image is nearly monochrome (deep charcoals, cold greys, milky whites), but pierced by sharp, vibrant accents of deep gold (a faint glow from the swamp) and crimson red (a spark of life in the monster's wings). Certain gritty, sharp details remain completely untouched by the water: the delicate fingers of the hand, the ornate edge of the mirror/folio, the wet glint of the swamp creatures, the jagged silhouette of the winged monster, and the cold glass of the train window. Grunge, cinematic chiaroscuro, surreal mystery, poetic horror, raw texture, ambiguous reflection, slow motion of a dream."

Night Terror's Embrace

• Model: ChatGPT 2 (Pro)

• Size: 2224 X 1668 (3.71 MP)

• Used settings:

  • Prompt: cursed photo of a suffocating, first-person perspective from the pillow, looking down the length of a paralyzed body draped in charcoal-grey linens, where the edges of the blanket are being slowly peeled back by a translucent, obsidian-skinned entity. The room is a void of oppressive ink, save for a sliver of sickly, pale moonlight that catches the creature’s focal point: a wide, unnatural maw filled with rows of needle-thin, surgical-white teeth that glow with a predatory, bioluminescent hunger. The figure is not merely standing, but unfolding from the shadows, its elongated, spindly fingers gripping the mattress with a sickening, tactile pressure that creates visible dips in the bed. The creature's face is a featureless blur of shadow, save for that gleaming, oversized grin, positioned inches away from the viewer's ankles, capturing a visceral moment of inevitable predation and absolute, breathless helplessness., creepy and cursed, absolutely cursed photo, nope nope nope nope, what the actual f, unsettling photo, cursed_thing, cursedimages, no context, cursed image, bad photo, weird photo, very strange, color photo, creepy photo, nightmare fuel
