Next to him, in the corner of a cozy courtyard full of hay and flowers, Chicken Ryaba walks with an important look. Her feathers shine in the sunlight, as if shimmering with all the colors of the rainbow. On this magical day she laid an unusual golden egg, which emitted a warm, soft light, illuminating all the hay around it with a bright light, making it look like a treasure house.
Grandfather, amazed and delighted by this marvelous sight, tried to gently touch the egg, but it was so smooth and slippery that he could never get his hands on it, as if it were protected by magic. He tried to break it, thinking of the vast riches that might be hidden inside, but the egg was surprisingly strong.
Suddenly, in the complete silence of the sunny day, a small gray-brown mouse flashed by the bench. It looked around with its running eyes and, unexpectedly for everyone, fearlessly ran past the golden egg. With a slight sweep of its fluffy tail, as if by magic, it accidentally touched the egg. At that moment, the golden egg finally lost its balance, shook, and to the surprise of Grandpa and Kurochka Ryaba, fell to the ground and shattered, releasing a glowing aura that illuminated the entire garden for a moment before disappearing like magic, leaving behind only brilliance and wonder.
