The H3 SuperFast 82% offer is unfortunately dead, and now I'm stuck generating with the SeeDance 1.5 model only again, forever.
Resolved: Not a fault — the 82% launch offer ended on 17 September. H3 SuperFast is still available at its normal 11 and 18 energy a second.

You are right that it is gone, and it was not an accident: the 82% was a launch offer with an end to it, and it ended on 17 September.
While it ran, H3 SuperFast charged 2 energy a second at 480p and 3 at 768p. The real prices are 11 and 18. That is what it costs us to run, so the offer was a deliberate loss for the launch rather than a price we could keep.
H3 SuperFast has not gone anywhere — it is still there at 11 energy a second for Turbo (480p) and 18 for Pro (768p). What changed is that SeeDance 1.5 at 6 a second is now the cheapest way to make a video on the site, which is why it is what you are left with when energy is tight.
Nothing is broken here, so there is nothing for us to fix — but the disappointment is noted, and you are not the only one who said it. If launch pricing comes back for another model, the blog post and the room will say so.
