Declined: Works as intended: free accounts get 3 videos a week, reset every Monday.
Thanks for telling us. That note is the weekly limit for free accounts: since 9 October they can make 3 videos a week, and the count starts again every Monday at 00:00 UTC. Members with a plan or an energy pack have no weekly limit. Video is by far the most expensive thing we run, and this keeps it available to everyone, so we're keeping it.
