"href" is also cut off. Disabling relevant browser extensions didn't help.

Resolved: Fixed: copying a comment now copies whole links; the cut links in that reply were restored.
Done! Thanks for the clear example. Long links in comments are shown shortened, and copying a comment copied that shortened text, so the reply was saved with cut-off addresses. Copying a comment now copies the full links, and we've put the full addresses back in that reply.
