Add click-and-drag to move modifiers between categories in the Modifiers section #221

Would it be possible to introduce a click-and-drag function for the Modifiers section? This would make it much easier to move modifiers between different categories and organise them according to personal preference.

For example, moving a modifier from the Generic category to Artist, Effects, or another group. I think this would be a useful improvement, making modifier management more flexible, convenient, and user-friendly.
