Monthly subscription energy is separate. On each successful subscription payment, your monthly subscription energy resets to your plan's full amount.

Important: These figures assume standard image settings. Using PRO models, High Quality mode, or AI video generation consumes more energy per creation, which reduces the total number of items you can generate. Your actual output will vary based on your creative choices.

Each subscription plan includes different storage capacity for your AI creations and determines the maximum resolution you can upscale to:

Storage Space by Plan:

  • Free: Based on user level
  • Basic: 10GB of storage
  • Advanced: 20GB of storage
  • Professional: 50GB of storage
  • Ultra: 200GB of storage

All paid plans include full access to the AI image and video upscalers with no monthly limits, allowing you to enhance your creations to maximum resolution. Resolution is measured in Megapixels (MP), where 1MP equals 1 million pixels (e.g., 1000px × 1000px).

Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the Billing page using the Stripe Billing Portal.

Your benefits and energy remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Yes, you can change your plan at any time.

When upgrading: Stripe applies proration for billing, and you receive the energy difference between your new and old plan immediately.

Example: If you move from Advanced (2,000/month) to Professional (5,000/month), you'll immediately receive 3,000 additional monthly subscription energy.

When downgrading: Your plan updates on the next billing cycle.

At this time, we do not offer refunds. However, we may make exceptions in certain circumstances. If you would like to request a refund, please contact us at contact@deepdreamgenerator.com.
If you choose a monthly subscription plan, you will be billed on the same day of the following month.If you purchase an energy pack, you will only be charged one-time.
You can use the resulting images and videos commercially if they were created while you had a paid monthly subscription or used energy from an energy pack.
We do not collect your payment data, except the last four digits of your card and your country of residence. AI video generation is available with paid subscriptions. The number of videos you can create depends on your plan and how efficiently you use your monthly energy allocation:

  • Basic Plan: Up to 10 AI videos per month
  • Advanced Plan: Up to 30 AI videos per month
  • Professional Plan: Up to 80 AI videos per month
  • Ultra Plan: Up to 250 AI videos per month

These estimates are based on the most energy-efficient video generator available (currently SeeDance Pro (Fast) at 60 energy per video) and assume you fully utilize your monthly energy allocation. Different video generators may consume more energy per video.
