I finally realised you can't use artist's names in Stable Diffusion V2. According to this article (https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2023/jan/02/robot-leonardo-da-vinci-masterpiece-ai-human-creativity-artists):

"...a recent update to the tool [Stable Diffusion] removed the ability to write prompts that specify an artist by name."
