In a dimly lit cathedral-like interior, a massive black dragon with glowing green eyes and purple lightning crackling around its scales is chained. The dragon, exhaling smoky breath and a beam of bright yellow light, is bound by thick metal chains that also glow with purple light, tethering it to the ancient stone pillars of the cathedral.

A group of monks, dressed in dark robes, are engaged in a ritual attempting to control or exorcise the dragon. In the foreground and center, an elderly monk with a white beard, wearing an ornate white and black liturgical vestment, holds a large, open book in one hand and a staff emitting bright yellow light in the other, which is directed towards the dragon's mouth. His mouth is open as if chanting or incanting.

Around him, other monks participate in the ritual. One monk to the left holds a smoking censer, while another directly behind the elderly monk has his hands clasped in prayer.
