Absolutely - I do it at every meeting: (1) Define objectives: Back to the sunshine ASAP (2) Assign responsibilities: I volunteer for "Chief Slacking Officer" (3) Set deadlines: I give myself ten minutes to come up with an excuse for leaving early (4) Track progress: Pareto's rule: (A) 20% work + 80% daydreaming; (B) in my 20% work share: 20% myself, 80% someone else (5) Review and finalize: Are we already done? But I did not finish my ballpoint pen drawing yet!

I've been doing that during the school hours... One time I was so focused on my drawing that I didn't even notice the teacher standing next to me. She took my notebook, hit me over the head with it, then pointed at the whole class, saying, "Look what Eddie does when I'm trying to teach you!" 😜
