ArtistIn a world 100 years into the future, a scene unfolds that is both mesmerizing and somber. Skyscrapers made of gleaming, reflective glass soar high into the sky, while below, the streets are illuminated by neon-lit billboards. Drones dart through the air as if they were the new birds, and autonomous vehicles glide silently along wide roads paved with solar panels. Yet, the cracks in the facades of the skyscrapers and the dilapidated remnants of past grandeur suggest that the sheen of modernity has already faded. Environmental pollution has left its mark, and the once vibrant streets are lined with abandoned, rusting vehicles. The people who wander the streets wear masks, not only to shield themselves from toxic gases but also from the gaze of their fellow humans, lost in the anonymity of the masses. Society is marked by a deep divide between the haves and the have-nots. While a few live in the glittering towers of the megacities, most struggle to survive in the rundown suburbs, plagued by unemployment, crime, and poverty. Technology has made incredible advances, but it no longer serves the well-being of humanity as a whole, but rather the interests of the few powerful elites. Despite all these challenges, there is still hope. A few brave souls fight for a better future, one where justice, sustainability, and humanity take precedence. But whether this vision will become reality remains uncertain in a world full of contradictions and uncertainties.
