... which I seem to remember was one of my old Last.fm personas (others include Marianne Twanet and Numlawd). FYI, Last.fm was a music website with a built-in radio that played recommended tracks and artists based on CD's you played locally. It installed a plugin for your media player (e.g.MS-WMP, iTunes, etc) which uploaded the titles of all the tracks you played, and built weekly charts of artists and tracks (like Pick of the Pops on BBC R1, etc, though I mainly listened to RNI and Caroline). It had a very good forum too, which was unfortunately discontinued when CBS (or was it Viacom) bought Last.fm for about $280M about 20 years ago. It did suffer from a cluster of "virtual artists" (such as "Wanda And The Wooees", lol) who played homemade tracks based on mashups of real artists. Fruity loops anyone, lol :)
