A small stone Roman Catholic church on Christmas Eve. The church is dimly lit except for candles on the altar and moonlight streaming through the stained glass windows. Tasteful but austere decorations sit on either side of the altar. No parishioners have yet arrived so the church seems quiet but expectant. A very faint glow may emanate from overhead but it may just be imagination. Echos of as yet unsung carols hang in the air. Peace reigns throughout the space
