Late autumn and early frosts. There's birds and quaint abodes that fall silent before natures light show, atmospheric and oppressive as the sky begins to glow, energy harnessed sporadic glare a sky of emotions.
A highly stylized, serene oil painting of a winter landscape, featuring a large, dark, bare tree with a full, round canopy of intricate branches dominating the right side of the frame. In the background, three small houses with snow-covered roofs and warm, glowing windows are nestled into rolling snow-covered hills. The house in the foreground has a bright red door and a path of steps leading up to it. Two smaller, bare trees with similar detailed canopies are visible on the left side of the composition. A large, soft, yellow and orange sun or moon is low in the sky, casting a warm glow and silhouetting two birds in flight. The sky transitions from a pale yellow and orange near the horizon to a soft blue and grey at the top, dotted with faint stars. Sparse, dry grasses in shades of brown and orange peek through the snow in the foreground and around the houses. The painting has a folk art or storybook illustration quality, with clean lines and a soft, diffused light, all contained within a crisp white frame.
