Jesus' dominion over the earth is established through his divine authority and exalted position after his resurrection and ascension. This authority, granted by God, is not just a formal position but a manifestation of his God-man nature as the Messianic King. He is seated at God's right hand in the heavenly places, ruling over all spiritual powers while they still exert influence on earth.
