A detailed black and white illustration of "The Nightmare Factory," a complex Rube Goldberg-like machine that processes anxieties and societal constructs. The machine begins with "Anxiety" being inserted and inflating an "Ego Balloon" via a pulley system. This then activates a "Self-Importance" seesaw, leading to "Superiority" being dumped into a "Gloop Machine" with a "Caution! Existential Hazard" sign. The "Gloop" flows downstream on a "Denial Conveyor" to an "Escalator to Nowhere" operated by "Denial." This staircase leads to an "Escher Processing Unit (4D)" which is a visually impossible structure, labeled "Nowhere Leads to Escher Processing Unit (4D)." From there, stick figures are trapped in a "Loop of Pointless Activity (Treadmill of Doom)" with a sign reading "We Never Escape." The output of this loop is a "Chaos Confetti Cannon" (labeled "Woo!") that fires confetti. Below this, "Confetti Fills Vacuum of Purpose" in a container that then empties onto the ground. An "Absurdity Calibration Robot" with a "Too Sane? Adjust This" sign is shown
